You think our reality shows here in the US are weird? Unless you've seen the UK's reality show pickings, you know nothing, Jon Snow. For instance, in the UK, they've got shows like this: Sex Box, in which a couple with relationship issues has sex in a big soundproof box on stage (which an audience and panel of therapists outside) then, when they emerge, they discuss the sex they've just had and their issues in their relationship. It's basically sustained pillow talk, with the inclusion of strangers, and the whole being on television thing. Sounds weird for television, but it is Europe.

Not for long! According to Variety, WE tv has ordered a one hour pilot of the show, so, now the U.S. can jump into the Sex Box. Serious question, what type of people actually sign up for this show? It's like, there's Maury, then there's literally just having sex in a box on stage.

The original U.K. panel included: Dan Savage, a sex columnist for Seattle alt weekly, The Stranger; British journalist Mariella Frostrup; sex and relationship expert Tracey Cox (who Daily Mail readers may recognize from her column, Pillow Talk); and psychotherapist, broadcaster, and author Phillip Hodson

Surely, it'll be exciting to see what personalities get selected for the American version. Our bet's on Dr. Drew.
