Images of an Amazon-branded game controller have been unmasked, confirming the existence of the long-speculated Amazon set-top box for your TV. These images were revealed by blog Zatz Not Funnyand appear to have been outed by a Brazilian regulatory agency similar to the FCC.

While a set-top box for viewing seemed like a sure thing last holiday season, insiders say Amazon is delaying the launch until later this year. This is the first confirmation that the mystery box will have some gaming features as well.

The controller itself is bursting with buttons for playback as well as Amazon's GameCircle. An LED array on the side is used as battery indicator as well as Bluetooth connectivity indicator. Given the wide range of functions an Amazon box would likely have – not just gaming – this is most likely an accessory to the viewing model. Stay tuned for details.
