In case you were wondering (and we know we were): Turns out, that pizza delivery guy who brought greasy delicious pizza to the famished celebrities at the Academy Awards last night was actually a real pizza delivery guy making a real pizza delivery—not an actor hired by Ellen DeGeneres! According to ABC, the guy really works at a Los Angeles pizza franchise store, Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria, near the Dolby Theater in Hollywood where the Oscars were being held, and DeGeneres apparently frequently orders pizza for the crew of her show, Ellen, from there.
Furthermore, TMZ reports that when DeGeneres passed around Pharrell's Arby's hat like a collection plate, she raked up about $300 in tips for the guy. Guess Harvey Weinstein came through after all.
