NASA's Letting You Pick Their New Spacesuit Design, All of Which Look Like Trashcans With Helmets

NASA has never been known for its fashion sense, and it still won't be known for it now.

The space agency is launching a campaign that lets Internet users select their new spacesuit. There are three options to choose from: Biomimicry, Trends in Society, and Technology. Biomimicry—that gives you a clue enough at what to expect from these things.

Voters have until April 15 (tax day) to pick their selections, yet neither of the designs will actually make it to space. Instead, they'll be used in training tests here on our planet.
