Police in Philadelphia say a disturbed man vandalized over a dozen police cars parked inside of a lot overnight.
Fox Philadelphia reports that a man who reportedly wore only boxer shorts and boots smashed the windows of at least 14 cars at the 6th Precinct in the city's Chinatown section with a hammer. Police say the suspect, who remains unidentified, parked his car right in front of the station and broke the glass of the front door.
After being alerted by the sound of glass breaking, officers ran outside to find the damaged vehicles. The man who, Philadelphia Police Captain Ryan Wood said was mumbling unintelligibly, was arrested on the spot.
