A sixth grader in Oklahoma has broken the record for Girl Scout cookies sales that stood for nearly three decades, officials say.

The Associated Press reports that Katie Francis of Oklahoma City sold 18,107 boxes of cookies over a seven-week period. Elizabeth Printon had previously held the record of roughly 18,000 since the 1980s. Francis, who sold 12,428 boxes last year, said she was even more ridiculously successful this time around because she basically devoted her young life to being a salesperson and harassed everyone she knew to buy cookies. She's going to make a shitload of money when she grows up.

According to the Associated Press, her troop gets a cut of the proceeds and will forward the money to breast cancer research. Someone needs to find out how many cookies the girl who posted up outside of a San Francisco medical marijuana dispensary sold. Inquiring minds want to know.
