As you're probably already aware, Jimmy Kimmel Live was taped in Austin this entire week because it's the season of South By Southwest. At its core, SXSW is supposed to be a festival that highlights the talents of unsigned, independent, and local acts. Naturally, Jimmy Kimmel sent a staffer on a mission to patrol the streets of Austin to ask if festival-goers know of any niche bands that simply don't exist.
You know what happens next—somebody is asked if they know of some rap-country group called "Willie Nelson Mandela" and you witness the lies.
