After nearly a year of waiting, Brooklyn sushi spot Hibino will open its Queens location in Long Island City this month.
Anticipation for the Long Island City outpost (10-70 Jackson Ave.) has been mounting since the announcement was made last May. The new location will offer the same menu as the Brooklyn location, featuring the cups of tofu and assortment of snacks that Hibino is known for. However, the dining room will be a bit smaller. Regardless, Long Island City residents should enjoy and take advantage of the restaurant expanding to their neighborhood.
