Earlier this week Ivan Reitman announced that he would step down as director of Ghostbusters 3 after the passing of his friend and collaborator, Harold Ramis.
Reitman still intends to stay on board as a producer and has said he wanted to help find a new director. He's done that, plus one.
Phil Lord and Chris Miller have reportedly signed on to direct Ghostbusters 3. Miller and Lord have collaborated on The Lego Movie and another Hollywood do-over, 21 Jump Street.

This looks like a pretty good move for Sony, who seemingly really wants this movie to be made.
