Esteemed and Academy-award winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has died. He was found in his Greenwich Village apartment at 35 Bethune Street earlier today, dead of an apparent drug overdose, but investigations are still underway. Hoffman, 46, checked himself into rehab for drug and alcohol addiction twice, the second time being just last year. He is survived by longtime partner Mimi O'Donnell and their three children.
