Authorities simply trying to break up a raucous frat party in upstate New York took two men into custody early Sunday morning, including one who urinated on an officer's head.

Upon arrival at the Pi Kappa Phi house, the Albany Police Department reportedly noticed "observed several people inside and outside of the residence consuming alcohol and causing a loud commotion." According to The Smoking Gun, the University at Albany refuses to recognize the fraternity due to reports of hazing.

Law enforcement's efforts to calm the situation were disrupted by 19-year-old Noah McCall, who urinated "directly onto a uniformed police officer" from a staircase.

Police quickly apprehended McCall, who was charged with reckless assault. The Smoking Gun adds that another attendee, also 19, was arrested after being caught with brass knuckles. Both were released after being arraigned at Albany City Criminal Court.
