HBO has renewed its dramedy series about the lives of a group of gay friends in San Francisco, Looking, for a second season. The decision comes on the heels of growing ratings, after the show initially premiered to a modest viewership. Variety reports that HBO has been restructuring their comedy lineup as the network recently renewed Getting On, and canceled poorly-performing shows Hello Ladies and Family Tree.
Looking fans can also look forward to Lauren Weedman, Raúl Castillo and Russell Tovey returning as series regulars in season 2.
