Men: you have all got to start acting like one, or this will likely happen to you. (P.S. and don't do what this guy did.)

A guy by the name of Christopher walked into a Hot Topic, wearing a trenchcoat and fedora, and became infatuated with one of the employees, named Kitty. So, instead of asking for her number, or at least asking if she was single—in which he would have made his intentions known and would have been either rejected or accepted right then and there—he opts to find this complete stranger through Facebook and message her from there.

Obviously, Kitty's a little creeped out by this, so she doesn't exactly send him back warm messages. The dude gets impatient and starts saying things like, "You ever going to message me back?" and "poke." Then he goes on a long rant about her being his Ramona Flowers (from Scott Pilgrim.) After a few days, according to their messages, it looks like he even paid her another visit.

So Kitty lays it out flat for this dude in her own long message, saying, "If you have to tell someone you're a nice guy, you're doing something wrong."

It hurts to read this.
