CCP is the developer behind the wildly popular EVE: Online, complete with epic space battles and the expansion DUST 514 first person shooter. Now a dog fighting space experiment at the studio has come to fruition with EVE: Valkyrie named as an Oculus Rift launch title.

Check out the gameplay footage below and now imagine it strapped to your face in high definition; you're going to need a seat belt for your chair. The Oculus Rift virtual reality headset still doesn't have a release date but now we at least are beginning to see a set of launch titles to be offered.
