The words, thoughts and feelings of notorious anti-Obama pundit Dr. James David Manning resulted in a sign outside of Harlem's ATLAH Worldwide Missionary Church that's nearly too hateful and illogical to comprehend.
The sign reads "Obama Has Released The H*** Demons On The Black Man. Look Out Black Woman. A White H*** May Take Your Man." The message is sure to confuse, so Manning attempted to explain it on his program, The Manning Report. For just over four minutes, he inexplicably blamed President Obama and the rest of the black community for supporting Missouri defensive lineman Michael Sam and Brooklyn Net Jason Collins for coming out of the closet.
Manning even goes as far as to call Collins, who went to the Final Four with the Stanford Cardinal as a freshman in 1998, was an All-American his senior year in 2001 and has been in the NBA since being drafted the same year, an "alleged basketball player." Speaking for the rest of the church, Manning claims that the sign is a necessary measure to save the black community from these threats, i.e. two men courageous enough to be honest in the face of adversity.
He also profiles "white, homosexual men," alleging that black women will struggle to compete with them: "He usually has got money, a white h*** usually has an American Express card...h**** love the theater, they love to go out to dinners, parties, they love that kind of a thing! And as a black woman, you can't compete!" Keep in mind that this man is considered a leader by some.
None of what Manning says makes much sense, and you have to wonder if even he actually believes what's coming out of his mouth. Is he really that much of a bigoted zealot, or has he just taken an early method of trolling to an exceptional low? Both could be true.
