A man with arguably the worst judgement ever was arrested for smoking marijuana in a Florida maternity ward.
After detecting the tell-tale smell, a nurse at Martin Medical Center called police. Authorities followed the cloud to David Bastin, 28, who told them that his girlfriend had just been admitted. Not wanting to waste additional time, police asked the Jupiter, Fla. resident to hand them the weed. He obliged, giving them his vaporizer.Bastin was taken to Martin County jail, where he was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. His girlfriend is no doubt furious with him right now.
