According to The Wrap, Comedy Central has renewed the Amy Poehler-produced comedy, Broad City, for a second season. Poehler will make the official announcement later on the debut episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers, but the site got the early word on the renewal.

Broad City focuses on two women, played by Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson, and their adventures living in New York City. Obviously that sounds like the premise of just about every other comedy out there, but Comedy Central has enough confidence in it to move forward.
