Next week, the moment folks in New York and New England have been waiting for finally comes to Chipotle locations in both areas as tofu Sofritas will be officially added to the menu.
On Mar. 3, the vegan option will be available to bless burritos, bowls, tacos and salads alike. Gothamist notes that Chipotle gets their tofu from Oakland's Hodo Soy, and this move exhibits the company's dedication to customers and natural products:
