Bats just can't seem to keep himself out of prison, but this time he's breaking away from a PSVita and Nintendo 3DS release and is headed to consoles and PC. Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate was a mobile original that has had the full HD “Deluxe” treatment with new effects, voice acting, updated graphics. All the more sweet to hear the Caped Crusader crack some skulls open with.

While being essentially the exact same game as the mobile version. Players control Batman from a side-on view – dubbed 2.5D – while switching from the foreground and background to avoid the enemy.

The original release had mixed reviews but it's worth playing for the right price; which has yet to be given. Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate drops on April 2nd for download on the PlayStation Network, Xbox LIVE, Nintendo eShop and Steam.
