A Minnesota family decided to make the most of ample snow by building a massive snow luge in their backyard.

According to the New York Daily News, Cologne, Minn. resident Dana Schmieg originally wanted to construct a barrier to prevent his kids away from sledding into a garden located at the bottom of a hill. Somewhere in the midst of the process, he decided to spend hours creating a 150-yard course that's made the Schmieg's the  most popular family in the neighborhood.

In total, it takes 45 exhilierating seconds to complete the course. If you can bring the Olympics to your backyard, why not do it?
