The man who was arrested for sexually assaulting two women in Times Square on Thursday night while dressed as Woody from Toy Story has a half-assed explanation for his actions: The women asked him to do it.

Jose Vasquez, 44, was taken into custody after allegedly grabbing the buttocks of two women, ages 21 and 22, around 8:15 p.m. According to the New York Daily News, one of the women started to "jump and scream" as she was attacked. The Daily News also reports that Vasquez told officers, in Spanish, that the women had "asked [him] to grab their rear ends."

The Clifton, N.J. native was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse. He's helping to ruin the image of the children's characters in Times Square, which has been sullied for a while now.
