Nothing stops crime, not even inclement weather.

Around 9:15 a.m., Vest Village building superintendent was carjacked while he was digging his car out from beneath the blanket of snow that coated the city. According to the New York Post, the man had his truck running while he shoveled his car out and the cleared the sidewalk, when the assailant—who was brandishing a firearm—jumped inside of the vehicle and made a mad dash for the West Side Highway

The fact that he most likely allowed this man to finish freeing his vehicle and clearing the sidewalk before striking is downright evil. Cold world.
