Sayler's Old Kitchen in Portland dares customers to participate in their 72-ounce steak challenge, which involves devouring the massive hunk of beef in an hour. Competitive eater Molly Schuyler did it in under three minutes—two minutes and 44 seconds, to be exact. Schuyler, who attacked the steak with the veracity of a hungry vulture ripping flesh from a carcass, shattered the previous world record of six minutes and 48 seconds. What's more, she did it like it was easy.
