The What To Do When it's Below Freezing and You're Bored Chronicles continue with meteorologist Eric Holthaus, who magically turned boiling water into snow this morning. It was -21°F in Viroqua, Wisc. with a windchill of -51°F, and Holthaus braved the cold with a pot of boiling water, which he hurled into the morning air. It immediately turned into snow.
