"We saw you downtown, we saw what you did," is what police in Houston told Greg Snider after pulling him over on the highway. What Snider did was give a homeless man 75 cents.

According to Houston's KPRC, the man approached Snider in a parking lot. "He said, 'Hey my name is Dave. I'm from Dallas. I'm down on my luck. Do you have any change?'" Snider explained. After obliging, Snider pulled onto the highway, which is when police pulled him over.

After being handcuffed and placed in the back of a police car, Snider watched ten more police cars arrive. When he told them he had given the homeless man change, they scoffed, accusing him of giving him drugs. Drug-sniffing dogs were summoned, and police release Snider after none were found.

Though police were laughing by that point, Snider wasn't amused—he's filed a complaint against the Houston police.
