The release of Marvel's upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy is still about eight months away, but it looks like we're finally beginning to get some real promotional material that isn't just a bootleg trailer someone filmed on their cell phone during Comic-Con. It isn't much, but we now have our first look at the lineup of heroes in the James Gunn-directed film, including Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper), Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), and, finally, Groot (Vin Diesel).
Hopefully with the release of this promo image, a real teaser is set to follow—as Indiewire points out, this film has been kept pretty secret so far, even as we get closer and closer to the release date.
