It's always a good idea to have a few rational arguments on hand when friends or significant others who aren't gamers criticize your need - no necessity - of getting in a few extra rounds of Call of Duty: Ghosts before heading off to whatever social engagements you've been committed to. Video games get a lot of press each time a study comes out expounding on the many suggested negative effects of playing games so it's at least nice to see some counterpoint. Youtuber's AsapSCIENCE post fact based explanations of topics such as what would happen if you stopped going outside, dipped into the video game topic and even included a few short tests you can subject yourself too.
So the next time someone tries to make you feel bad whiling away the hours working on your headshot game, just forward this video over.
