Video games get a lot of press each time a study comes out expounding on the many suggested negative effects of playing games so it's at least nice to see some counterpoint. Youtuber's AsapSCIENCE post fact based explanations of topics such as what would happen if you stopped going outside, dipped into the video game topic and even included a few short tests you can subject yourself too.
