CES 2014: Dual OS Hybrids, Next-Gen Mobile, Wearables and What to Anticipate This Year

It's just beginning.

None

It took nearly 15 hours, two delayed flights, and extremely cold temperatures, but Complex Tech has officially arrived in Las Vegas for the biggest tech expo of the year: CES 2014. From the moment we touched down in Sin City, our inboxes began flooding with announcements from all the hottest start-ups and major tech players in attendance at the show.

Try going through each and every email sent by half of the 3,000+ exhibitors present...in one day. Impossible and torturous to say least. But when it comes to the Consumer Electronics Expo, it's pretty much all in a day's work. In this case, we're talking five days, each offering new experiences and exclusive looks into the wave of the future.

This year's festivities looks to expand on some of last year's popular trends such as 3D gaming, ultra hi-def TVs, and wearables, while paving the way for ultramodern trends in the form of dual-OS machines, smart cars, and smart home connectivity services. We're talking everything from next-gen fitness bands to the first-ever 120-inch 4K TV, Android/Windows hybrid laptops to home appliances controlled by a single app.

The goods await us at the Las Vegas Convention Center and we'll be in the building reporting on the latest news, plus giving you our 'Best of Show' round-ups throughout our stay in Vegas this week. So keep it locked on the Complex Tech channel to see what dope gizmos and hi-tech services come out of CES 2014.
