Courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter, the first teaser poster for 50 Shades of Grey has debuted online, and it is decidedly less sexy than you probably thought it would be. Featuring a shot of Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) from behind overlooking the Seattle skyline, the poster goes for subtlety over eroticism, which is the exact opposite of the book itself. Although the “Mr. Grey Will See You Now” tagline does hint at some unclothed shenanigans ahead.
The movie also stars Dakota Johnson as Grey's lover, Anastasia Steele; Eloise Mumford as her best friend; and Luke Grimes as Elliot Grey, Christian’s brother. The movie is based on the book of the same name and focuses on Anastasia’s erotic tryst with Grey, including some infamous scenes depicting the couple taking part in some light bondage.
