After getting stopped by the Pennsylvania State Police with 20 pounds of weed in his car, Randy Jesus Valdivia was on the verge of being screwed. He attempted to disguise the weed as Christmas presents, but, unfortunately for him, the cops weren't fooled.
Police stopped the Surfside, Fla. native on Interstate 80 near State College, Penn. on Thursday afternoon. Following growing suspicion, they asked to search the vehicle. Valdivia agreed, but the authorities soon found his weed inside of large boxes that he attempted to pass off as Christmas gifts. Good idea, except in the event that police actually ask to search your car.
Valdivia faces felony drug charges.
