Because she's not a Hollywood stereotype

In breaking news Lindsay Lohan doesn’t realize she’s a stereotype. She's called out her lawyers to jump on the makers of Grand Theft Auto Vfor using her likeness in the game.

Yes, the most likely Hollywood tragedy to run you over with her car is now demanding developer Rockstar Games and publisher Take-Two pay her for using her likeness. TMZ reports that Lohan believes she is the blonde model on the cover, even though it’s widely known to be model Shelby Welinder.

Playing Grand Theft Auto V  you may have noticed some pretty disturbing paparazzi missions where gamers sneak up on fallen Hollywood damsels in different states of repose: making tasteless sex tapes or buying weed. Although the sex-tape mission happens near the obvious replica of the iconic Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood, a place that Lohan not only frequents but once lived. Given the satire of the game the players just assumes blonde bombshells are a dime-a-dozen, not like real life at all.

The TMZ report states that Lohan has “called in her lawyers” so no word yet on if any paperwork has actually been filed.
