It’s just a few short weeks until Girls returns to HBO, and to drum up some hype for third season, the network has premiered a brand new trailer for the show. This latest footage doesn’t spoil or reveal much that longtime viewers weren't expecting, but it does set the stage for what is to come from the mind of Lena Dunham.
By now the series has settled into a groove after finding a unique voice over the past two seasons. Now this is usually when shows begin to test their characters and deliver the most notable stories. Can Girls stick the landing? We’ll see when the third season debuts with two new back-to-back episodes on January 12 at 10 p.m.
