After receiving reports of a drunk driver, deputies in Indian River County, Fla. approached 43-year-old Jeffrey MacDonald as he pulled into the driveway of his Vero Beach home on Sunday. After noticing that he reeked of alcohol, slurred his words and was far from sturdy on his feet, they administered a Breathalyzer test. With a blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the limit, he failed miserably
MacDonald also offered a logical explanation for why he failed the "Walk and Turn" test (walking heel-to-toe in a straight line) in such horrendous fashion: "I can’t pass," he said. "I can’t dance like Britney Spears." Realer words have never been spoken.
