“Twas the night before Christmas” and there are merely nine more months until Destinylaunches. Bungie released this little holiday poem for its upcoming massively multiplayer shooter.

In front of a warm fireplace Bungie community manager David “DeeJ” Dague spoofs the classic Christmas poem from Clement Clarke Moore's “A Visit from St. Nicholas” will premisses of Destiny features to come. Santa's elves have been replaced by the hard-working developers working their little mouse fingers to the bone.

Destiny is a first-person massively multiplayer online game that borrows from the styling of the Halo universe but is full of new ways to make things go boom. Destiny is set to release September 9, 2014. Check out this character trailer from Bungie earlier this year.
