What's better than a mansion party? A mansion party at someone else's mansion.

Fourteen minors and an 18-year-old were arrested for allegedly breaking into a huge home and throwing a party in late November while the owner was away.

Upon discovering that the owner of the La Habra Heights mansion was gone, they organized their own pop-up party in the backyard, which, of course, they promoted on Twitter. When will the kids learn that when doing something wrong, social media is not your friend?

Anyway, overzealous partygoers broke into the home, stealing numerous expensive items. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the damage and losses topped $1 million.

The kids didn't get far, though. Suspects were taken into custody and charged with suspicion of burglary or trespassing, and several items (like a full suit of armor) were recovered.

Youthful exuberance often makes for terrible decision.
