On Wednesday, Bill de Blasio will be officially sworn in as the 109th mayor of New York City, and Bill Clinton will handle the honors.
De Blasio and Clinton are already quite familiar. In 2000, he served as Hilary Clinton's campaign manager during her run for senate, and he also worked for the former president as a regional director at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
De Blasio's oath will be delivered at midnight on New Year's Eve, but his hour-long inauguration will occur at noon on New Year's Day. Further upping the ceremony's ante, USA Today reports that Clinton will use a Bible that was once owned by another former president: Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
