Artist Zachary Knoles hit a nerve when he reimagined some of the best-loved videogames off all time as classic paperback novels. You can almost smell the dusty bins these rags would be hanging out in.

Somewhere between the style of dime publishing of the 1970s and pulp fiction covers of an even earlier time these well-worn looking covers just make you want to jump into a riveting Portal novel.
