Bullywas originally released in 2006 and garnered much praise and controversy upon it's launch.

Now, there is some speculation that a new installment of the Bully franchise could be on the way following a trademark application by developer and publishing company Take-Two Interactive.

The application was filed in Europe on November 20 in an attempt by Take-Two to secure the rights to Bully Bullworth Academy: Canis Canem Edit. The application is still being examined by courts but the trademark includes the crest of Bullworth Academy, where the game takes place, as well as Canis Canem Edit, an alternative name for the game in UK.

Nothing has been confirmed by Take-Two about a future project as they declined to comment on the trademark.

Rockstar had recently said in an interview they would be interested in making another Bully game.

Check back for all future news as more information on future Bully projects will surely surface once the trademark is processed.
