McDonald's will shake the game up by giving customers the option to create their own burgers. According to the Associated Press, McDonald's customers in Laguna Niguel, Calif. and Romeoville, Ill. will be able to build their own burgers with the help of wall-mounted iPads at certain locations. Time adds that it's too early for the chain to reveal if they'll roll this process out nationally, but "assembly tables" were being installed to create space for extra ingredients. This could mean longer wait times and more expensive meals, but customers will most likely pay for what they want.
