The greyhound couldn’t be easier to make. Simply mix fresh grapefruit juice with vodka and serve chilled or on the rocks. The tartness of the grapefruit mellows the vodka in a really nice way. Though not as well known as some other cocktails, the greyhound is definitely a go-to for us. Mix it up by using tequila instead of vodka with a salted rim for a drink called the Salty Dog.
