According to a recent report, the legal marijuana industry—currently the fastest growing industry in the country—could be valued at $10 billion by 2018. That's if more states moves towards full legalization like Colorado and Washington have in the past year.

At the moment, medical marijuana is legal in 20 states, a figure that the Huffington Post estimates could expand over the next five years. This means the $1.43 billion that legal marijuana is estimated to earn by the end of this year could balloon to double digits by 2018.

So, in short, more states legalizing means more green.
