Good news for fans of AMC's western drama, Hell on Wheels: According to Indiewire, the network has renewed the series for an "expanded" fourth season, which will include a total of 13 episodes instead of the usual 10.

The show's renewal isn't a big surprise: It's buzz-y, consistently draws in good ratings, and is doing way better than failed shows The Killing and Low Winter Sun on the network. On average, the show attracts about 3.3 million viewers an episode, which is pretty good for cable television. Ratings aren't The Walking Dead big, of course—but, then again, not many shows are.

The fourth season should premiere some time in summer 2014.
