Remember when we all first saw the trailer for Dead Island?
Slow motion footage of zombie carnage with a tropical background being played out in reverse stunned gamers. Then we all got a chance to play Dead Island, and well, yeah, we all know how that turned out. Sad state of affairs when the high point of your game is the awesome trailer. Once the collective let down subsided, Dead Island was revealed for what it was: a zombie stuffed lemon.
Well the team over at Machinima have re-made that amazing trailer using real actors, and you know what? This is still better than the game. A flawlees, nearly frame-for-frame remake of that initial trailer that gave gamers another zombie game that inevitably let us all down.
