Following an argument at the South Park Mall, a man pulled a gun on another who reportedly tried cut the line at Sears. According to 33-year-old Jose Alonzo Salame, he only brandished the 9 mm semi-automatic handgun because 35-year-old Alejandro Alex punched him in the face. He never fired the gun and although police detained him, they ultimately decided he had the right to pull the weapon because he had a permit for it. He was eventually released and allowed to leave the store with his family, scoring a voucher from the manager in the process. That's a come up.
