Police in Ulster County, N.Y. seized over 550 bags of heroin, oxycodone and materials used for packaging drugs during a raid last week.
According to the New York Daily News, the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team acted on a tip about a heroin ring operating out of an apartment in Ellenville. After obtaining a warrant, local police and members of the narcotics team raided the apartment on Thursday, taking the drugs and arresting 28-year-old Rasean Mack.
The Daily News says that Mack was arraigned at the Town of Hurley Justice Court, then held on $30,000 bail.
