The first thing we can take away from these new X-Men: Days of Future Past stills? Hair. The X-Men world is now officially in the '70s, and these guys wasted no time making sure their hair reflected that. Thought Bradley Cooper's permed mane was crazy in all those American Hustle promos? Just check out Peter Dinklage with a full on Tom Selleck-style mustache. That thing would make Ron Swanson proud.
The second thing we can take away from these stills? Apparently, shit's going down in this movie. Yesterday's little teaser of a teaser gave us a six-second look at the film gave us a tiny glimpse of the action we can expect, but since these images aren't moving at lightning speed, we're allowed a better look at what may be going on—and the struggle that the First Class crew in the '70s and the modern X-Men seem to be dealing with across decades. And look, Ellen Page! The whole gang's back.
