It appears as though men aren't the only pervs who can't stop staring at women's breasts. According to a study published in Sex Roles (which sounds like an atrocious Skinemax movie title), both sexes shamelessly stare at women's chests.

For the study, men and women were fitted with eye-tracking sensors and instructed to look at images of various types of women. Both sexes were drawn to the breasts and waists (mostly the breasts, though), staring longer at them than faces.

Social psychologist and lead investigator Sarah Gervais says there may be an "evolutionary" explanation for this. Men are drawn to childbearing figures because they just can't help themselves, while women gawk at other women because they're studying their opponents. It's the art of war.

Stereotypes abound.
