A man was killed in the Spanish winemaking land of Castilla-La Mancha after being crushed by 5 tons of grapes. According to the Huffington Post, he was being pulled out of a grape reception bay just when a truck unloaded the grapes. Emergency responders attempted to revive him, but he was ultimately pronounced dead on Thursday night.
Considering Castilla-La Mancha's rich reputation for wine production and nearly 1,800-square-miles of vineyards, it's tragic that this man met his demise in this fashion.
