Kyle Ginter had a long night.

The 41-year-old Sparta, N.J. native allegedly fell asleep inside of his running vehicle at a drive-through window for two hours during the wee hours of Oct. 5. He didn't even get to order—a manager noticed Ginter asleep behind the wheel.

According to a police report, Ginter explained that he "knew [he] couldn't handle it and [he] just wanted to stay [where he was]" which is typical of extremely drunk people. According to NJ.com, he failed sobriety tests and admitted to police that he was drunk, though it's not like that was much of a secret.

Ginter was charged with driving while intoxicated and released after being given a court date.
