Excessive masturbation can skew your view of the world and ultimately impact your life negatively (see Don Jon for evidence). One group, a Reddit community known as NoFap, is trying abstain from masturbating to Internet porn just long enough to change their lives.
A survey (the "NoFap community survey") of these "Fapstronauts" has revealed that nearly half of them have never had sex before. Furthermore, 59 percent of them have been blasting off while watching porn between 4 and 15 hours weekly. ProjectKnow.com took all of the data and turned it into this infographic.
